Identity and purpose
Our story
At Harmony International School, learning is personal. We work with families to nurture curiosity, build character and help every child discover who they can become.

Our Proprietress
Lady Mrs. Amaka Okorie
Proprietress, Harmony International School
At the heart of Harmony is a commitment to creating a home away from home, where children feel a sense of belonging and are encouraged to grow in knowledge, character and confidence.
Under the proprietorship of Lady Mrs. Amaka Okorie, our school community brings families and educators together around a shared purpose: nurturing each child and celebrating the possibilities ahead.

The Home of Champions.
Set in the serene environment of Woji Estate, Harmony International School provides a transformational learning experience through a vigorous but efficient combination of curricula. Our students lead active, purposeful lives, inspired to achieve laudable goals.
Every student known, valued, and challenged at the right level.
A culture of recognition that fuels ambition and effort.
The most profound pastoral care in an atmosphere of fraternity.
To transform how children learn.
To provide systematic programmes from a vigorous but efficient combination of curricula for a transformational learning experience, delivering expert teaching, pastoral care, holistic development, and modern facilities so every student reaches their full potential.
To raise the leaders of tomorrow.
To be recognised for our core values of Learning, Diversity, Creativity, Exclusivity, Sustainability, and Civic Responsibility, building men and women for a noble cause: social justice, equal chance, and a generation of intellects, moguls, and magnates.
Harmony International School,
great heights
we achieve.
Recited daily with pride, the words we live by, the standard we hold ourselves to.
Brilliant enough to accept flattery without a flare of arrogance.
Tall enough to tower above deceit.
Brave enough to welcome criticism.
Compassionate enough to understand human frailties.
Wise enough to recognise my mistakes and do better.
Humble enough to appreciate greatness.
Staunch enough to stand by the vision of My Harmony International School.
We are building men and women for a noble cause; social justice and equal chance. Intellects, moguls and magnates. The future are leaders.

The meaning behind our crest.

The Blue Shield
The shield means protection; blue represents health. Together they symbolise our commitment to protecting and building the mental state of every child, ensuring long term healthy living.
Three Red Figures
Three figures soaring to great heights. Three represents wholeness, the first number to which "all" was given. A triad: beginning, middle, end. Body, soul, and spirit.
The Laurel Leaves
Formed as leaves deliberately, because we believe in growth. Change is constant and growth is inevitable. The laurel is our enduring pursuit of progress.
Seven Coloured Stars
Stars signify the knowledge of good and truth. Seven represents perfection, the perfect light, beauty, good, and truth. We are prideful in our excellent ways.
A shared purpose, from Nursery to Senior Secondary.
Harmony International School brings children, teachers and families together around learning and character. Our Nursery and Primary stages establish foundations; Junior and Senior Secondary deepen knowledge, responsibility and preparation for the next step.
Our 2026/2027 theme Identity invites children to discover their abilities, reflect on their choices and express their ideas with confidence. It gives families and the school a shared language for growth beyond marks alone.
A community that grows together
Students, teachers and families each bring something special to Harmony. Our shared experiences make school a place of belonging, encouragement and pride.
