School and home
Find practical information and guidance to stay involved in your child’s education and connected to our school community.

Support punctual arrival with a consistent morning routine. Check uniform, school materials and any class specific instructions before leaving home.
Inform the school about absence or circumstances that may affect your child’s participation. Keep your telephone number and emergency contacts up to date.
Ask open questions about what your child is learning. Encourage reading, practice and sensible study routines without making every conversation about marks.
Submit admission and medical forms to the administrative office and ensure the information is accurate. Update the school when family or health details change.
Contact the school’s bookstore or administrative office for the current uniform and book requirements. Confirm sizes and class needs before purchasing.
For payments to the school, include the child’s full name and class in the transfer reference. Retain evidence of payment and contact Accounts for confirmation.
Children notice the way adults speak, handle disagreement and respond to difficulty. Encouragement, honesty and respectful communication help reinforce the habits we want them to develop.
The school and family share a purpose: helping each child learn, take responsibility and grow in confidence. If a concern arises, contact the relevant teacher or school leader through the office and provide enough detail for a useful conversation.
Our session theme is building a strong foundation for all round excellence while finding your identity. At home, invite your child to talk about their interests, strengths and ideas. Celebrate thoughtful effort, helpful behaviour and the courage to try.
Simple questions “What interested you today?”, “What did you find difficult?” and “What would you like to explore?” can open meaningful conversations.
